This dynamic role combines high-level administrative work, office management, and coordination of our per diem nursing pool - perfect for someone who thrives on variety and making systems work better.</p> <p>Executive Support</p> <p>Provide direct administrative support to division VPs</p> <p>Conduct research, analyze clinical data, and assist with special projects</p> <p>Maintain organizational charts and run monthly on-call reports</p> <p>Office Leadership</p> <p>Serve as primary receptionist and manage front office operations</p> <p>Coordinate onboarding, badge administration, and interview scheduling</p> <p>Manage conference rooms, training setups, and office supplies</p> <p>Per Diem Nursing Coordination</p> <p>Schedule and track training requirements for nursing staff</p> <p>Conduct monthly check-ins and manage compliance documentation</p> <p>Process contracts, review timecards, and handle payroll coordination</p> <p>Data & Compliance</p> <p>Generate reports and analyze scheduling data</p> <p>Ensure staff compliance with health requirements (TB tests, N95 fit testing)</p> <p>Monitor and audit timecard codes for accuracy</p> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years office/administrative experience (Bachelor's degree preferred) </li><li>Exceptional organizational and communication skills </li><li>Strong analytical abilities with advanced Excel proficiency </li><li>Experience in healthcare staffing/scheduling (a plus) </li><li>Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <ul> <li>Impactful role supporting leadership and clinical operations </li><li>Varied responsibilities - no two days are the same </li><li>Opportunity to improve systems and processes </li><li>Supportive team environment </li></ul>
