Starting Pay: $19.00</p> <p>JOB SUMMARY:</p> <p>Responsible for ensuring that adequate levels of all supplies (perishable and non-perishable) are maintained constantly in the operation as needed. Ensures complete cleanliness of TMDR (Team Member Dining Room).</p> <p>KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintains a constant level of a supply of glassware, silver and other food service accessories at all service stations.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures dining room cleanliness is maintained at all times.</p> </li><li> <p>Cleans tables of debris and other items after employee as left.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains the supply of all condiments, makes coffee, tea, cocoa, etc. and other food accessory items at the service stations.</p> </li><li> <p>Greets Employees in friendly and courteous manner</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains the supply of salt, pepper, dressings, butter, cream, coffee, hot water and other condiments at assigned stations</p> </li><li> <p>Cleans food line area when assigned</p> </li><li> <p>Fills napkin holders as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs emergency mopping and cleaning of floor if needed.</p> </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent preferred </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Legible handwriting</p> </li><li> <p>Above average communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Good public relations skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business</p> </li><li> <p>Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.</p> </li><li> <p>Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures</p> </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL, MENTAL and ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to lift and carry large, heavy equipment and objects weighing up to 30 lbs for an eight hour shift</p> </li><li> <p>Mobility and dexterity to reach and clean the tables</p> </li><li> <p>Flexibility in fingers and hands to keep items filled such as ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper containers</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to stand/walk up to eight hours</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to bend, reach, squat</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to use repetitive hand motion, holding, grasping</p> </li></ul> <p>Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy</p> <p>environment, and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products.
