<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Industrial Engineer will work on large-scale manufacturing projects, including GW-level advanced manufacturing or renewable energy facilities. The engineer will work closely with engineers engineers on tasks such as production line planning, capacity analysis, and process optimization.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>:Manufacturing System & Line Plannin </li><li>gLead and support production line planning for solar cell manufacturin </li><li>gDevelop and optimize line layout, material flow, and space utilizatio </li><li>nPerform takt time analysis, cycle time analysis, and capacity modelin </li><li>gDefine standard production capacity (UPH, shift capacity, line balance </li><li>)Support equipment placement, footprint definition, and expansion plannin </li><li>gData Analysis & Process Optimizatio </li><li>nAnalyze manufacturing data, including cycle time, UPH, OEE, yield, and bottleneck </li><li>sConduct statistical and quantitative analysis to identify improvement opportunitie </li><li>sSupport cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and productivity enhancement initiative </li><li>sParticipate in continuous improvement projects (Lean, line balancing, waste reduction </li><li>)Cross-Functional & Project Coordinatio </li><li>nWork closely with process, equipment, facilities, and production team </li><li>sCoordinate with Asian engineering teams and US site teams to align on design assumptions and implementatio </li><li>nSupport on-site engineering activities, follow up on action items, and track deliverable </li><li>sProvide IE input during equipment move-in, line ramp-up, and production launch phase </li><li>sProject management and coordination of different teams (Chinese team and US team) to communicate design proposal </li><li>sCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support on-site engineering activities and follow up on action item </li></ul> <p>sQualifications and Experience</p> <ul> <li>:Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related engineering fiel </li><li>d2+ years of industrial engineering experience in manufacturing environment </li><li>sStrong understanding of manufacturing system design and line layout plannin </li><li>gProficiency in AutoCAD (2D layout and equipment placement </li><li>)Strong Excel skills for data analysis (capacity models, calculations, tracking </li><li>)Solid analytical and problem-solving skill </li><li>sAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritie </li><li>sEffective communication skills in English (written and verbal </li></ul> <p>)Preferre</p> <ul> <li>dExperience in photovoltaic, semiconductor, electronics, or high-volume manufacturin </li><li>gFamiliarity with GW-level or large-scale factory planning and ramp-u </li><li>pExperience with Lean manufacturing, line balancing, or capacity optimizatio </li><li>nExperience working with cross-regional or international engineering team </li></ul> <p>s</p>
