<p>Nova Biomedical is hiring an Order Management Specialist on the U.S. Analyzers and Consumables team at our Lexington Rd, Billerica, MA Facility. The hours are 9:30 A.M - 6:00 P.M. This position will be responsible for processing and managing customer orders and returns (RMAs) providing delivery dates, issuing credit requests, and creating new customer accounts. Other responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Communicate with customers via phone and email </li><li>Have a customer-centric mindset and see situations from the customer's point-of-view </li><li>Meet individual goals and contribute to team goals </li><li>Process orders received via email and EDI in SAP </li><li>Provide customers with product, pricing, and availability information </li><li>Process credit cards </li><li>Satisfy customer requests for price quotations </li><li>Create new customer accounts in SAP </li><li>Resolve customer issues </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent communications skills are a must </li><li>Fluency in English </li><li>Computer literacy </li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft product suite </li><li>Previous SAP experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Education/Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma </li><li>2-3 years of related office or customer service experience </li></ul> <p>At Nova Biomedical, we practice our core values of mutual respect, honesty, and integrity throughout the company.
