<p>Repair, maintain, rebuild and upgrade all machinery in plant. This Team Member is responsible for lockout/tag out, SOPs, training, audits and machine rebuilds. Will ensure preventative maintenance programs are completed on a timely basis, as well as respond to daily maintenance requests.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for all maintenance and repair on coffee roasters, scales and packaging machines </li><li>Perform the scheduled preventative maintenance on all production-related equipment. </li><li>Complete special maintenance projects. </li><li>Respond to daily maintenance work orders on a timely basis. </li><li>Assist in project planning and construction. </li><li>Identify, troubleshoot and resolve maintenance-related problems. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of electric, pneumatic and mechanical systems. </li><li>Must be able to read and understand operator manuals. </li><li>Must have knowledge of and experience with power and hand tools, basic electrical troubleshooting and plumbing, sheet metal fabrication and welding </li><li>Able to read and understand schematics, blueprints </li><li>Must have the flexibility to work overtime hours as required </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs </li></ul> <p>Desired Work Experiences</p> <ul> <li>Maintenance technician (1 year) </li><li>Coffee manufacturing preferred </li></ul> <p>The wage range for this position is $21.50-$38.70 Hourly, commensurate with experience.
