<p>Maintenance Supervisor</p> <p>Location: Groveport, OH</p> <p>As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll guide a strong team, manage preventive maintenance programs, and drive improvements that directly impact safety, quality, and efficiency.</p> <p>If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving complex challenges, this role is for you!!!</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing:</p> <ul> <li>Provide hands-on technical support for equipment repairs, installations, and upgrades to reduce downtime and boost performance. </li><li>Lead the planning and execution of preventive maintenance and work orders across production equipment and facilities. </li><li>Analyze equipment performance data to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions. </li><li>Recommend and support upgrades to equipment and processes that improve productivity and capacity. </li><li>Maintain a clean, organized workspace that aligns with FDA and company quality standards. </li><li>Excellent safety by enforcing policies, supporting investigations, and driving corrective actions. </li><li>Supervise and support the maintenance team to meet goals in safety, quality, and cost. </li><li>Train, coach, and develop team members to meet performance expectations and grow professionally. </li><li>Manage documentation including SOPs, work instructions, change controls, and performance reviews. </li><li>Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. </li><li>Be available to support off-shifts and respond to urgent maintenance needs as required. </li></ul> <p>What We Need from You:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED. </li><li>At least 5 years of supervisory experience in an FDA-regulated filling and packaging environment, personal care or pharmaceutical industry preferred. </li><li>Strong background in maintenance systems, tools, and techniques including PLCs, robotic interfaces, and computerized maintenance management systems. </li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals. </li></ul> <p>What Makes You a Good Fit:</p> <ul> <li>Deep knowledge of FDA GMPs, OSHA safety standards, and maintenance best practices. </li><li>Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills. </li><li>Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams. </li><li>Excellent communication skills-able to present clearly to both small and large groups. </li><li>Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. </li><li>Comfortable using Microsoft Office and operating within a digital maintenance system. </li><li>Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. </li><li>Work in a climate-controlled, moderately noisy manufacturing environment. </li><li>Sit, stand, walk, reach, push, pull, and operate equipment throughout the shift. </li><li>Navigate around motorized equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks. </li></ul>
