<p>This position is On-Site</p> <p>Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our logistics team as a Routing and Dispatch Intern. The intern will assist in coordinating daily operations, optimizing delivery routes, and supporting real-time communication with drivers. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management to gain hands-on experience. What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in planning and optimizing delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. </li><li>Support dispatch operations by monitoring driver schedules and ensuring timely service. </li><li>Communicate with drivers to provide route updates and resolve issues in real-time. </li><li>Enter and maintain accurate data related to routes, deliveries, and performance metrics. </li><li>Generate reports on delivery performance and service quality. </li><li>Help ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. </li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and delivery status requests. About You: </li><li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field. </li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills. </li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. </li><li>Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with routing/dispatch software (a plus). </li><li>Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. </li><li>Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
