We're embarking on ambitious new initiatives such as building new innovative platforms, high performance primitives, frameworks to support OCI developers, and new container runtime that will allow us to run the full variety of OCI services, including our most demanding, high-performance, high-availability services. In addition, TSO organization is charged with creation and governance of the OCI-wide programs to improve organizational engineering standards, governing processes, architectural review boards, change management, communication programs, and recruiting tools.</p> <p>This Principal Technical Program Manager leads high-impact projects focused on building and improving engineering standards and organizational excellence across OCI. The TPM collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive planning, design, and delivery of complex, high-performance, and scalable programs. The position requires expert project/program management skills, experience with agile and traditional methodologies. Key strengths include excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management, as well as familiarity with public cloud infrastructure and operations.
