<p>Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a Water Mitigation Technician for a long-term, direct hire role with a restoration construction company located in Vancouver, OR. The person in this position will inspect water damage, set-up equipment, and repair damage.</p> <p>Pay: $22-$27/hr</p> <p>Water Mitigation Technician Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Inspect water damage in commercial and residential properties.</p> </li><li> <p>Set-up the appropriate amount of equipment to properly dry the area.</p> </li><li> <p>Remove affected materials when deemed unsalvageable.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with the client to explain the situation and what you have done to stop the immediate threat and advise them of the next steps.</p> </li><li> <p>Work within a team to complete necessary repairs.</p> </li><li> <p>Document accordingly.</p> </li><li> <p>Travel to work sites throughout the SW WA and Portland Metro area.</p> </li></ul> <p>Water Mitigation Technician Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Prior experience as a water mitigation technician preferred.
