If you're eager for your next opportunity, Imperial Dade is a great place to take that next step.</p> <p>Warehouse Associates select and locate the merchandise, ensure warehouse cleanliness, loading and unloading, inbound/outbound, and perform other duties as assigned.</p> <p>The schedule is from 8am - finish, Monday - Friday.</p> <p>Imperial Dade is the leading independently owned and operated distributor of foodservice packaging and janitorial supplies in North America. Founded in 1935 and headquartered in New Jersey, Imperial Dade serves as a mission-critical partner to more than 120,000 customers through our footprint of 130+ branches.</p> <p>All correspondence will come directly from Imperial Dade and not a personal email address.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>You will:</p> <ul> <li>Review incoming material orders/'pick tickets' </li><li>Locate materials on shelves in the warehouse </li><li>Place materials on an order picker, pallet jack, or forklift </li><li>Deliver items to the loading area to be wrapped and put on a delivery truck </li><li>Unload trucks </li><li>Keep the warehouse clean and organized </li><li>Work in a collaborative, team environment </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>You have:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent </li><li>1 year of warehouse distribution experience </li><li>1 year of double electric pallet jack experience </li><li>Forklift and other equipment experience is a plus </li><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs comfortably and unassisted </li><li>Availability for required overtime </li><li>Ability to solely operate a cherry picker, going up 20+ feet. </li></ul> <p>We offer a dynamic environment for our more than 7,500 employees to work, learn, and grow professionally.
