You'll be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive social strategy that aligns with our brand's minimalist aesthetic and high-performance DNA. You are a storyteller who can take complex skin science and turn it into engaging, "scroll-stopping" content.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop and manage a monthly social media calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook. </li><li>Produce high-quality, on-brand assets (short-form video/Reels/TikToks, photography, and copy) that highlight our products, SIREN technology, and founder's vision. </li><li>Engage with our audience daily, responding to comments, DMs, and mentions to build brand loyalty and a "customer-first" culture. </li><li>Stay ahead of beauty industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and viral opportunities to keep U Beauty at the forefront of the conversation. </li><li>Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) to optimize future content and strategy. </li><li>Partner with the Marketing and PR teams to support product launches, influencer campaigns, and brand partnerships. </li></ul> <p>Who You Are</p> <ul> <li>You live and breathe skincare. </li><li>You have 1-4 years of experience managing social media for a luxury, beauty, or wellness brand. </li><li>You have a sharp eye for aesthetic </li><li>You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment. </li><li>You can translate technical clinical data into digestible, consumer-friendly content. </li></ul> <p>Competitive salary ($55k-$60k)</p> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Flexible remote work environment </li><li>Generous U Beauty product stipend </li></ul>
