<p>Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Hospital Medicine Operations Manager to join our team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.</p> <p>The Hospital Medicine Operations Manager role is an integral part of the Park Nicollet Hospitalist Department and is seen as a recognized leader in the department. This role has direct responsibility for daily operations of the department which includes hiring, communication, performance management/evaluation, staffing, professional development, and collaborating with other departments. This role also plays an integral role in the strategic planning of the department including annual planning, goal setting, and managing performance.
