Our facilities and transportation divisions are strategically located to take advantage of business opportunities throughout the West Coast, whether it is international cargo through the Port of Oakland, retail and wholesale distribution or agribusiness from the Central Valley.</p> <p>We are currently looking for qualified candidates to join our Customer Service Department.</p> <p>Salary Range: $22.00-$24.00 per hour</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Answer all questions/concerns for our customer </li><li>Notifying the customer of any issues that arise </li><li>Generate all customer orders as scheduled </li><li>Generate work orders for the warehouse to perform the requested task by the customer </li><li>Communicate customers' timelines, special needs, instructions, and requirements to our Operations team </li><li>Monitor the customer's inventory level and notify/email accounting for approval prior to clearing out their account </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional manner </li><li>Generate written procedures for each account </li><li>Assist in other areas as needed </li></ul>
