Facilitates communication across departments, monitors program timelines, and supports project implementation to enhance program effectiveness. Contributes to reporting and data analysis to assess program impact and support strategic improvements.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks related to program management. </li><li>Maintain accurate and organized program documentation, including project plans, reports, and correspondence. </li><li>Assist in the planning and execution of events related to hospital programs, such as workshops, training sessions, and community outreach activities. </li><li>Enter and manage program-related data, ensuring accuracy and completeness. </li><li>Communicate with program participants and stakeholders, providing information, collecting feedback, and addressing inquiries. </li><li>Provides assistance with the program's financial operations. </li><li>Coordinates T32 trainee recruitment (including navigating logistics of candidate presentations), reappointment and terminations on a rolling basis; Serves as an information resource for trainees, subcommittee leads, preceptors and training program director; Develops and disseminates programmatic recruitment materials. </li><li>Prepares and disseminates T32 offer/decline letters; Prepares and submits appointment materials through NIH's web-based portal, x-Train (including 2271s, payback agreements and termination notices). </li><li>Works collaboratively with Research Management, both at Partners and external institutions, to prepare and execute billing agreements or non-BWH trainees. </li><li>Organizes advisory and subcommittee meetings. </li><li>Manages the day-to-day administrative needs of the clinical fellowship program.
