The nursing skill mix is 65% Registered nurse/35% patient care technician. The patient population on North 4 is cardiac medical. Provides and documents care including, but not limited to, activities of daily living, mobility, specimen collection and respiratory support activities as directed by the RN. </li><li>Possess the ability to lift, move, position and transport patients. </li><li>Demonstrates the ability to meet the department work schedule. </li><li>Demonstrates initiative to improve quality of care, patient and employee safety, and customer service. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Must be 16 years old or older. </li><li>Certified Nursing Aid certification preferred. </li><li>Dept of Labor Level III (Medium) Work. </li></ul>
