This may include scheduling appointments, tasking appropriate staff using the EHR, and enrolling and guiding callers through troubleshooting, navigating the patient portals. Representatives will de-escalate situations involving dissatisfied patients, helping and supporting as needed. Representatives will gather and verify all required, confidential health and financial information from patients as needed while using various computer software products.</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>We are delighted to announce that we are offering a Direct Hire Traveler Program for experienced nurses! This program offers premium rates and the chance for you to utilize your nursing skills in targeted specialties within South County Health. Experienced Emergency Services Travel RNs will commit to a 13-week float assignment, 36 hours/week.</p> <p>As a Direct Hire Traveler Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching, and provides leadership by working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary approach in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Provides comprehensive care for the life span of patients, from infants to geriatrics.
