Collaborates closely with the Center's directors and portfolio managers to ensure the execution of center initiatives and funded projects, including establishing timelines and monitoring the achievement of milestones. Demonstrates commitment to conducting business lawfully and ethically by consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures, and regulations. This includes assisting Center Directors on managing programs, encompassing such duties as communicating with programs regarding progress and acting as a liaison to departments and grantees to administer Center grants and contracts. This position reports progress to the center Directors on these programs, anticipates ongoing program requirements, initiates the preparation of information to meet long-term goals and objectives, as well as assists with the preparation of proposals and reports. Leads the provision of technical assistance to healthcare organizations, systems, and programs to help improve their performance, operations, and quality-of-care to rural communities.</p> <p>Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 35% Job Duty</p> <p>Programmatic Supervision</p> <p>Responsible for supervising and mentoring the center portfolio managers and coordinators.</p> <p>Acts as the liaison between program managers and program implementation with the directors, the administration and operations team, and the analytics and evaluation team.
