This role oversees the development and execution of business-specific people initiatives that align with and support the overall business strategy. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations in non-union environments. </li><li>5+ years' experience in the human resources field. </li><li>A bachelor's degree in human resources is preferred, or two years' experience is required in place of a degree. </li></ul> <p>Skills and experience:</p> <ul> <li>Willing to travel away from home up to 30%+. </li><li>Ability to bridge cross-functional boundaries within an organization. </li><li>Ability to make decisions in an adverse situation. </li><li>Conflict resolution ability to support team development. </li><li>Effective communication and negotiation skills. </li><li>Attention to detail, problem-solving, and practical communication skills. </li><li>Presentation/public speaking skills. </li><li>Project management experience. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office </li></ul> <p>Join our team today!
