This position will be responsible for general labor duties at a quarry site, supporting the extraction, processing, and movement of aggregate materials while maintaining a safe work environment and assisting with equipment, cleanup, and daily operations.</p> <p>WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH</p> <p>? Assist with a wide range of physical tasks including lifting, carrying, digging, loading, and unloading materials.</p> <p>? Support Skilled Tradespeople</p> <p>? Clean and Prepare Job Sites, Clear debris, sweep, and set up or dismantle work areas to maintain a safe and organized job site.</p> <p>? Use shovels, drills, saws, and other tools under supervision to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently.</p> <p>? Adhere to workplace safety guidelines, wear required PPE, and report hazards or incidents promptly.</p> <p>? Load and Unload Materials and Equipment</p> <p>? Move and store construction materials, supplies, or machinery as directed by supervisors or foremen.</p> <p>? Strong listening skills and the ability to carry out verbal or written directions accurately.</p> <p>? Understanding and application of workplace safety rules and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).</p> <p>? Teamwork and Communication Skills: Ability to work well with others in a team setting, maintain a positive attitude, and communicate effectively.</p> <p>? Reliable and Punctual Work Ethic: Consistent attendance, dependable performance, and a willingness to work flexible hours or overtime.</p> <p>? Basic Knowledge of Tools and Equipment: Familiarity with hand and power tools; ability to safely operate and maintain them as needed.</p> <p>?
