We recognize and respect the power of collaboration, and believe transparency and openness to new ideas leads to innovation.</p> <p>The Team</p> <p>AQR is looking for exceptionally talented students to join our team as Analysts within the Business Development group. Positions are available with two teams within the department:</p> <ul> <li>U.S. Institutional, whose objective is to identify and develop relationships with prospective investors and strengthen relationships with existing clients and investment consultants. </li><li>U.S. Wealth, who engages with taxable U.S. investors and their advisors. The team is responsible for education, awareness and managing new and current client relationships for AQR strategies through dedicated coverage to the Family Office community, Registered Investment Advisor community, as well as elite advisors and teams within the major Broker-Dealer segment. </li></ul> <p>The successful candidate will work alongside senior members of the teams to build upon AQR's presence, with a focus on developing new and maintaining existing relationships with clients in the United States.</p> <p>Your Role</p> <ul> <li>Provide senior relationship managers with sales and administrative support, including scheduling of meetings, preparing analytics, presentations, client and prospect materials, and updating of databases (CRM). </li><li>Provide inbound and outbound client support, including helping to service clients, quantify prospects, and sending follow-up information. </li><li>Proactively use databases and sales reports to assist senior relationship managers in managing their territories. </li><li>Work closely with Portfolio Management, Portfolio Solutions, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Risk, and Trading teams to address client requests. </li><li>Develop robust AQR product and asset class knowledge and demonstrate interest in the industry. </li><li>Participate in projects and initiatives to help improve overall team functionality and efficiency. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li>A Bachelor's degree; concentrations in Economics, Finance or Business; graduating between December 2025 and June 2026 </li><li>High degree of intellectual curiosity </li><li>High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel </li><li>Strong GPA and test scores </li></ul> <p>Who You Are</p> <ul> <li>Hard working and eager to learn in a highly intellectual, collaborative environment </li><li>Well-organized and detail-oriented </li><li>Enthusiastic about developing and implementing ideas </li><li>Self-starter, able to work independently as well as within a team </li><li>Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills </li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills </li><li>Knowledge of finance and the investment management industry is highly desirable </li></ul> <p>AQR is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
