MON - FRI 6:00am - 2:30pm Mountain Time</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits plus, HSA & FSA Savings Accounts• Supplemental Coverage - Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity Insurance• 401(k) Retirement Plan with Employer Match• Company paid Life and AD&D Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability• Employee Discounts• Tuition Reimbursement• Paid Time Off & Holidays </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Accomplishes daily, individual, and team goals to work towards company goals for Revenue Cycle Management </li><li>Understands and adheres to HIPAA and PHI guidelines and all applicable state and federal regulations and company polices </li><li>Receives deposit batches, posts all payments and denials, and reconciles to balance after each batch </li><li>Reviews residual account balances after payments are applied to generate necessary adjustments and/or secondary billing </li><li>Performs research to resolve missing or misapplied payments or other issues causing cash batches to be out of balance </li><li>Contacts payers by telephone, mail, or other appropriate means to secure copies of missing remittance documents </li><li>Works overtime when necessary to meet department goals and objectives </li><li>Assists with accounting team requests and special projects </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school Diploma/GED or equivalent required </li><li>Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in line-item cash applications or health care reimbursement </li><li>Ability to apply basic accounting practices </li><li>Ability to type 40 wpm with 10-key proficiency </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite </li><li>Knowledge of CPR+ software a plus </li><li>Ability to independently obtain and interpret information </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills </li></ul> <p>About our Line of Business</p> <p>Amerita, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a specialty infusion company focused on providing complex pharmaceutical products and clinical services to patients outside of the hospital.
