This role is key to ensuring Qlik's compliance across a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape while enabling the business to move quickly and responsibly in its go-to-market strategy.</p> <p>You'll play a hands-on role in managing and evolving our privacy program, partnering closely with teams across the business and helping navigate complex challenges related to SaaS, data use, and emerging technologies like AI.</p> <p>What makes this role interesting?</p> <p>This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge legal issues at the intersection of privacy, AI, and technology within a fast-moving, global organisation. From managing core program assets such as policies and records of processing to acting as a key point of contact for privacy queries, your work will help embed privacy into everyday business operations.</p> <p>You'll partner closely with teams across the business to conduct privacy impact assessments and provide practical, actionable advice - particularly in relation to supplier SaaS solutions, data access, and retention practices. You'll also take ownership of supplier privacy reviews and support the negotiation of data processing agreements, directly influencing how Qlik manages third-party risk.</p> <p>A key part of your role will involve staying ahead of regulatory developments across privacy, AI, and information security. You'll help translate new legal requirements into real-world solutions by conducting gap analyses, identifying risk areas, and driving implementation of necessary changes across the organisation.</p> <p>You'll also contribute to important operational and compliance activities, including privacy audits, data subject requests, breach response, and collaboration with Information Security on investigations.
