Our restaurant and café function in a similar way to a hotel or private club restaurant and/or café.</p> <ul> <li>Assists culinary team in daily kitchen operations: serving and cleaning under the direction of the Director of Culinary Services </li><li>Works as a team with the other kitchen staff, overlapping responsibilities to ensure exceptional service to residents and guests (i.e.; serving meals, dish washing, etc.) </li><li>Adheres to strict safety and sanitation guidelines </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience</p> <ul> <li>1 year food preparation or serving experience in a restaurant/senior living or equivalent experience preferred </li><li>Must be 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages </li></ul>
