<p>We are looking for</p> <p>For the Aerospace Division's Finance unit, at the company site in Haifa, we are</p> <p>seeking a Head of Cash Flow and Financial Processes</p> <p>You will manage the division's cash flow, lead financial control processes, and serve as a key partner to management in driving financial efficiency and decision-making</p> <p>In this role you will</p> <p>Manage the division's cash flow - oversee and monitor cash balance, collection, and payments</p> <p>Lead cost control for all salary components and manpower planning at the divisional level</p> <p>Ensure effective and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual management reports</p> <p>Perform cross-divisional economic analyses, supporting business insights and financial planning using multiple data sources</p> <p>Monitor divisional activity forecasts versus the U.S., including coordination of deliveries and new orders</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or Industrial Engineering and Management</p> <p>Master's degree - Advantage</p> <p>At least 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager in public companies</p> <p>Experience as a Finance Manager in industrial or high-tech companies - Advantage</p> <p>Proven experience and familiarity with financial information systems - Advantage</p> <p>Only relevant applications will be answered</p> <p>#Haifa</p>
