Type: Contract Job Title: Multi-Disciplined Technician I Location: Concord, NC <em>Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Concord, NC</em> Pay Rate: Based on experience Work Hours: M-F 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Education: B.S. or Associate Degree in a technical or science field Description CTG is seeking a Multi-Disciplined Technician I to support innovation and manufacturing operations at our client's facility. This role involves a wide range of technical tasks, including process experimentation, data analysis, equipment operation, and support for engineering and development projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically curious, and capable of working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Requirements: • Perform technical duties related to process development, experimentation, and data collection. • Operate measurement equipment and interpret data to identify process issues or improvements. • Support engineering teams in product innovation, cost reduction, and process optimization. • Assist in the development and integration of new products and processes. • Train and coach new employees on processes and equipment usage. • Document procedures, process updates, and technical findings. • Travel up to 25% may be required (domestic, Wilmington, NC). • Availability to work off-shift hours when necessary.
