(Loader)</p> <p>What you'll do</p> <p>SAFETY - Operate their equipment in a safe and non-abusive manner.</p> <p>QUALITY CONTROL - Inspects all packages of product to be loaded onto a truck or being pulled off the plant line(s) and reports to the Yard Supervisor or the Shift Supervisor all packaging deficiencies, missing bundle tags, and any other quality problems.</p> <p>OPERATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Performs the daily maintenance checklist for the forklift(s) </li><li>Load trucks promptly and properly according to shipping documents </li><li>Pulls finished product from the plant production lines and stores the material into the yard according to company procedures </li><li>Store material to ensure proper stock rotation </li><li>Picks up and/or cleans up and re-straps any broken bundles in the yard </li><li>Participates in monthly inventory counts </li></ul> <p>REPORTING</p> <ul> <li>Daily equipment checklist </li><li>Any safety or mechanical issues with the equipment </li><li>Shipping documents used to load trucks </li></ul> <p>HOUSEKEEPING - The general cleanliness and tidiness of the yard and work areas</p> <p>OTHER DUTIES</p> <ul> <li>Additional duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor, Senior Supervisor, or Plant Manager </li></ul> <p>What you need to succeed - Previous forklift experience</p> <p>What we offer you</p> <ul> <li>Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) start beginning of the month following the start date, at very reasonable rates </li><li>401k Matching (after a year), Life Insurance, HSA, FSA </li><li>Reimbursements for Wellness and Gym Membership </li><li>Charitable contribution matching </li><li>Paid holiday, vacation, and sick time </li><li>Company-wide closure/paid time off between Christmas and New Year's holidays </li></ul>
