Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined General Laborer to join our team in Hammond, Indiana. This position involves assisting with the assembly and disassembly of motors and components, supporting shop operations, and handling a variety of tools and equipment. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within our team.
