<p>Driver II Expectations</p> <p>Daily tasks include, but are not limited to: </p> <ul> <li>Complete Pre-Trip / Post trip Inspection check sheet for vehicle being used. </li><li>Ensure Vehicle is kept clean and does not run low on Fuel. </li><li>Drive to Local Fed Ex Station and Post Office every morning to pick up Packages / Mail. </li><li>Scan in/out packages and deliver packages / Mail to all locations while on Outside delivery runs.  </li><li>Deliver any packages for the 202 North Dock as required throughout the day. </li><li>Perform the 3:30 Final sweep daily and take any accountable' s to the Post office and get receipt. </li><li>Driving is not a full day worth of work so must cross train and assist in the other areas of operation such as Incoming and Outgoing mail and process Shipping both Domestic and Int'l.  </li><li>Perform duties and special requests as assigned by the manager </li><li>Handle time-sensitive material  </li><li>. Help resolve customer concerns/issues.  </li><li>Maintain accuracy of required reports, logs, and measurements  </li><li>Ensure adherence to business guidelines, safety & security procedures at all time. </li></ul> <p> </p> <p>Required Qualifications: </p> <ul> <li>Must have a valid Driver's License and be able to pass a CDL Drivers Physical. </li><li>Must be able to Drive a Van and Box Truck.  </li><li>Ability to resolve customer concerns/issues  </li><li>Maintain Chain of Custody when delivering packages.  </li><li>Ability to resolve customer concerns/issues  </li><li>Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with customers and company personnel  </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required  </li><li>Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment  </li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously  </li><li>Strong organizational and administrative skills required  </li><li>Computer proficiency in email environments, MS Word/Excel  </li><li>Able to Lift up to 50 lbs. </li><li>Able to maintain a safe work environment. </li><li>Ability to adhere to company's policies and procedures as well as any site or DOT requirements. </li></ul> <p> </p> <p>Preferred Qualification: </p> <ul> <li>Prior Driving experience. </li><li>Good people Skills </li><li>Requires limited supervision and is self-motivated. </li></ul> <p>The pay range for this position starts at $16.50; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered</p>
