As a Compounder, you'll blend ingredients, fine-tune formulas, and bring bulk products to life. If you're ready to mix products and science into something beautiful, come join us!</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing:</p> <ul> <li>Stage & measure raw materials to create batches of bulk product </li><li>Operate batching tanks, mixers, and equipment to exact specifications </li><li>Conduct visual quality checks and report anything unusual </li><li>Clean and sanitize equipment to keep everything shiny and compliant </li><li>Collect in-process samples for lab testing and adjust as needed </li><li>Document everything in SAP to keep inventory squeaky clean </li><li>Partner with maintenance teams on calibrations and upkeep </li><li>Work safely in a fast-paced, wet, and chemical-friendly environment </li></ul> <p>What You Need:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma/GED (with heavy knowledge on math and reading) </li><li>Experience in compounding, pre-weigh, or processing?
