This position is responsible for overseeing the nursing staff, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The Director will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a safe and supportive environment for both patients and staff. Additionally, this role involves strategic planning to enhance nursing services and improve patient outcomes. Ultimately, the Director of Nursing will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence in nursing practice within the facility.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage the nursing department, ensuring that all staff are adequately trained and supported. </li><li>Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that align with best practices and regulatory standards. </li><li>Monitor patient care quality and outcomes, making necessary adjustments to improve service delivery. </li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and address any concerns or issues. </li><li>Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide mentorship to nursing staff to promote professional development. </li></ul> <p>Our ideal candidate</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. </li><li>A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. </li></ul> <p>Skills</p> <p>The required skills for this role include strong leadership and communication abilities, which are essential for guiding nursing staff and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
