Responsabilidades incluyen identificar prospectos, generar leads de calidad y cerrar ventas, asegurando un servicio excepcional.</p> <p>THE WAY WE WORK</p> <p>You are open-minded, passionate and the way you work energizes others. You behave with integrity and transparency.</p> <p>PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES / FUNCIONES</p> <ul> <li>Prospectar permanentemente el mercado de empresas M&S y el mercado residencial B2C. </li><li>Cumplir la cuota de ventas mensual en cada segmento B2B/B2C. </li><li>Gestionar la cuenta integralmente desde el primer contacto con el cliente hasta la formalización del mismo. </li><li>Elaborar y cumplir el plan de visitas semanal y el reporte de seguimiento. </li><li>Dar seguimiento a solicitud de clientes nuevos, existentes y visitas de soporte. </li><li>Elaborar y enviar cotizaciones a clientes. </li><li>Elaborar y dar seguimiento a su Funnel </li><li>Desarrollar su propia cartera de clientes y dar mantenimiento a los clientes a través de visitas, llamadas, resolución de problemas y atención a nuevos requerimientos. </li><li>Buscar constantemente nuevos ingresos a través de clientes nuevos o venta adicional a clientes actuales. </li><li>Colaborar con el departamento de cobros en la cobranza a clientes difíciles en base a las políticas y procedimientos, tanto para clientes B2B como B2C. </li><li>Presentar reportes de ventas diarios y semanal; así como, el seguimiento de las cuentas y/o casos asignados. </li><li>Ejecutar plan de trabajo semanal. </li></ul> <p>PREPARACIÓN ACADÉMICA</p> <ul> <li>Estudiante de la carrera de Administración de Empresas, Relaciones Públicas, Mercadeo, Sistemas o Telecomunicaciones. </li></ul> <p>EXPERIENCIA</p> <ul> <li>Al menos 2 años de experiencia en ventas de servicios dentro del área de Telecomunicaciones o servicios corporativos. </li><li>Experiencia en ventas consultivas y proyectos. </li></ul> <p>CONOCIMIENTO TÉCNICO</p> <ul> <li>Conocimiento de técnicas de prospección y planeación de cuentas. </li><li>Conocimiento de Office a nivel intermedio (Excel, Word y Power Point) </li><li>Conocimiento de redes y servicios de telecomunicaciones (deseable). </li></ul> <p>PRINCIPALES COMPETENCIAS</p> <ul> <li>Relación y trabajo en redes </li><li>Seguir instrucciones y procedimientos </li><li>Manejo de las presiones y los reveses </li><li>Lograr las metas y objetivos personales de trabajo </li><li>Pensamiento empresarial y comercial </li></ul> <p>OBSERVACIONES U OTROS REQUERIMIENTOS</p> <ul> <li>Vehículo propio y licencia al día. </li><li>Disponibilidad de Horario </li><li>Disponibilidad para trasladarse dentro y fuera del Gran Área Metropolitana. </li></ul> <p>We are a regional brand, with a presence in 15 countries in Latin America and Africa, in which we offer internet services, cable television, fixed telephony, among others.</p> <p>At the Latin American level, Tigo operates in Costa Rica, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Colombia, Bolivia and Paraguay.</p> <p>Tigo has been present in Costa Rica since 1982 under the name Cable Color and it in 2012 we transformed into what is today our Tigo brand, and we became part of Millicom International S.A (MIC).</p> <p>Our purpose is to build the digital networks that connect people, improve lives and develop communities.
