The base salary range is $58.65 to $87.98 hourly, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.</p> <p>Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth.</p> <p>JOB SUMMARY:</p> <p>Assumes responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Echo and Stress lab. The Manager of the Echo and Stress labs collaborates with the Director of Cardiovascular Services and oversees communication with other nursing units and ancillary departments to maintain excellence in patient care. Assumes the responsibility for day- to-day nursing operation within the unit, as pertains to assignments. Acts as a liaison between staff and the Director of Cardiovascular Services to ensure ongoing collaboration within all areas of Cardiology, in support of efficient and effective department operations.</p> <p>EDUCATION AND RELATED EXPERIENCE:</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in health-related field </li><li>Current Registered Nurse Licensure in the state of Massachusetts. </li><li>Current BLS and ACLS certification. </li><li>Two years Exercise Tolerance Testing experience including pharmacologic stress protocols and familiarity with nuclear imaging procedures </li><li>Demonstrates knowledge in current trends, techniques, procedures and equipment involved in diagnostic and interventional procedures. </li><li>Demonstrated skills required in patient care, leadership, and interpersonal relationships </li><li>Familiarity with defibrillator and maintains ability to defibrillate or cardiovert as clinically necessary </li></ul>
