You will receive competitive rewards and access to benefits programs and world-class learning resources.</p> <p>The Billing Agent's responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Perform research, enter data, and process/adjust health care appeals/claims in a variety of systems and tracking tools for a US health care client</p> </li><li> <p>Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to identify, assess and resolve complex issues</p> </li><li> <p>Will encounter both standard and non-standard issues and will seek advice/escalate issues when faced with tasks outside the normal SOP's dictated by the client</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 1 years' experience in customer service </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in science or related field</p> </li><li> <p>Outsourcing operations experience</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge and experience in any work stream of US health care</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
