The House Supervisor is responsible for coordination and direction of safe and efficient patient care and throughput in the hospital by providing a communication link with ED, patient registration, LIPs and nursing units. As a House Supervisor you will:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as clinical resource person in delivery and supervision of direct and indirect care processes. </li><li>Provide competent leadership and direction for all hospital Codes and emergency management. </li><li>Act as agent for department and hospital executives when they are not present and reports concerns and events to the designated administrator on call. </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements</p> <p>In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:</p> <ul> <li>Two years clinical RN experience required </li><li>1-year clinical leadership experience, preferred </li><li>BSN required within 2 years of hire </li><li>MSN preferred </li><li>RN License to practice in Colorado or Kansas as applicable </li><li>Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association </li><li>Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association </li><li>PALS or ENPC required upon hire or within three months of hire/transfer </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements-Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)</p> <p>Where You'll Work</p> <p>At CommonSpirit Mountain Region, we believe in the healing power of humanity and serving the common good through our dedicated work and shared mission to celebrate humankindness.</p> <p>Founded in 1976, Holy Cross Hospital - Davis has grown into a 220-bed hospital of choice for the flourishing communities of northern Utah. The Weber Campus, which is convenient for patients in Ogden, Roy, and other neighborhoods west of I-15, currently offers emergency care, radiology, mammography and 24/7 laboratory services. Located in the northern portion of the Wasatch Front and only minutes from Hill Airforce Base, you can enjoy quick access to Ogden, Salt Lake City, Antelope Island State Park, hiking, biking, and the beautiful outdoor activities that Utah is known for.</p>
