As a Client Protection Services Specialist in Warsaw, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in a variety of tasks involving the monitoring of transactions and documentation to evaluate for suspicious activity. </li><li>Process and maintain a series of automated and manual reports while reviewing for completeness and accuracy. </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications Include:</p> <ul> <li>Warm, friendly and professional telephone etiquette. </li><li>Understanding of bank operations and bank policies and procedures. </li><li>General office skills including proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook. </li><li>Two years of banking experience preferred. </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required. </li></ul> <p>Hours:</p> <ul> <li>Monday-Friday: 8:00-5:00 </li><li>Saturday: 9:00-12:00 (Work 5-6 per year) </li></ul> <p>Lake City Bank is proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse, inclusive workplace.
