<p>Employment Type:</p> <p>Full time</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>Day Shift</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Oversee operations of an ambulatory care department; supervises employees directly and is responsible for solving most of the problems arising for assigned clinical team. Direct reports include Registered Nurses and clinical support staff in assigned practice.</p> <p>What the Ambulatory Clinical Supervisor will need:</p> <ul> <li>Graduation from a NLN or AACN accredited school of nursing </li><li>Licensed Registered Nurse in state of Michigan </li><li>Three years nursing experience for similar patient populations </li><li>Progressive experience in health care including involvement in direct patient care, educating staff, supervising personnel and problem solving of unit or organizational issues </li></ul> <p>What the Ambulatory Clinical Supervisor will do:</p> <ul> <li>Supervises and evaluates of clinical care team in collaboration with Practice Leader </li><li>Staff development </li><li>Daily staff assignment of patient care </li><li>Ensuring adequate equipment and supplies inventory control </li><li>Quality assessment and improvement </li><li>Customer service strategies </li><li>Assistance with performance evaluations </li><li>Implementing operational plans </li><li>Intra- and inter-departmental communication as well as liaison with medical staff and sales representatives </li><li>Please completely fill out the application and upload resume. </li></ul> <p>This is required to be considered, including internal candidates.</p> <p>Our Commitment</p> <p>Rooted in our Mission and Core Values, we honor the dignity of every person and recognize the unique perspectives, experiences, and talents each colleague brings.
