<p>POSITION: Intern - Seasonal</p> <p>SUPERVISOR: Supervisor</p> <p>STATUS: Non-Exempt</p> <p>SUMMARY: Entry-level position in assisting with the day-to-day operations of the company.</p> <p>SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED: Operates under the direct general supervision of a Supervisor.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUITES AND RESPONSIBILITES: The below statements are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing of all responsibilities, duties and/or skills required.</p> <ul> <li>Communicating with clients to answer questions and resolve issues </li><li>Providing support to staff members in other departments as needed </li><li>Tracking department budgets and submitting requisitions for additional funding as needed </li><li>Performing clerical tasks such as filing, scanning documents into an electronic system, and making copies of documents </li><li>Making travel arrangements for executives, including booking flights and arranging accommodations and transportation </li><li>Conducting research on potential clients or industries for which the company provides services </li><li>Preparing presentations for internal meetings on topics such as company goals, current projects, or industry trends </li><li>Drafting letters and memos to staff members and customers, as directed by supervisor </li><li>Helping with marketing efforts by creating flyers and brochures promoting new products or services offered by the company </li></ul> <p>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma and currently enrolled in accredited college or university </li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail </li><li>Ability to identify and solve problems </li><li>Monday, Wednesday Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM </li><li>or- </li></ul> <p>Tuesday & Thursday 8:00AM-5:00PM</p>
