<p>Sport Clips is now hiring a Salon Manager to start immediately in our rapidly growing and exciting salon with a FUN ATMOSPHERE!</p> <p>JOB DESCRIPTION</p> <p>Our salon on Fruitville Pike is looking for an experienced Manager to join our fun and family-oriented team. As part of the management team, you have the opportunity to help build a strong team that will provide excellent customer service and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results. With an existing large client base, you will be joining an established team with lots of resources to ensure your success!</p> <p>The manager's core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients, and leading stylists to reach their highest potential. The manager will be balancing time between providing a championship haircut experience and coaching the team to be successful.</p> <p>Our salon managers typically average $35 - 40 per hour including base pay, tips, and incentives.
