This role will be responsible for managing change, fostering stakeholder engagement, and delivering clear, impactful communications to ensure seamless integration of new digital products, technologies and processes. The lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align R&D objectives with organizational goals, minimize resistance, and maximize employee buy-in.</p> <p>The ideal candidate as deep expertise in organizational change, digital transformation, and stakeholder engagement within a complex, global environment. Ready to get started?</p> <p>Main Responsibilities:</p> <p>Change Management</p> <ul> <li> <p>Collaborate with the Change Management Center of Excellence (CoE), drive standardized change frameworks, methodologies, and toolkits across the Digital R&D Organization</p> </li><li> <p>Assess organizational readiness, identify risks, and create mitigation plans</p> </li><li> <p>Implement an organizational change management strategy, ensuring alignment with key business and digital transformation initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with Digital R&D teams, and enterprise-wide transformation teams to embed change management principles into strategic programs and ways of working</p> </li><li> <p>Lead change impact assessments, adoption strategies, and stakeholder engagement plans for major initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and sustainable outcomes.</p> </li></ul> <p>Building Change Capabilities & Networks</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop and sustain a global network of Digital and R&D Change Champions and Catalysts, equipping them with the necessary tools, training, and resources to drive localized change</p> </li><li> <p>Design and implement change capability-building programs, including leadership training, coaching, and toolkits to enhance organizational change maturity</p> </li><li> <p>Integrate agile change management practices to enhance adaptability and responsiveness in a fast-paced, digital-driven environment</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate workshops, forums, and leadership sessions to foster a culture of continuous transformation and resilience</p> </li></ul> <p>Communications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Design and deliver clear, tailored communication plans to articulate the vision, benefits, and progress of Digital R&D initiatives, including messaging frameworks, storytelling approaches, and engagement campaigns to build awareness and excitement around change</p> </li><li> <p>Craft clear, compelling narratives to articulate the impact of Digital R&D initiatives on innovation, patient outcomes, business value etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Create engaging content, e.g. presentations, town halls, newsletters, videos, intranet updates, for diverse audiences including scientists, engineers, leadership</p> </li><li> <p>Manage feedback channels to address concerns and maintain open dialogue with stakeholders</p> </li></ul> <p>Stakeholder Engagement</p> <ul> <li> <p>Build strong relationship with R&D stakeholders, digital teams, functional partners and other stakeholders to align on priorities and expectations</p> </li><li> <p>Advocate user-centric approaches, ensuring digital solutions meet R&D needs</p> </li><li> <p>Influence and motivate teams to embrace change through compelling storytelling and data-driven insights</p> </li></ul> <p>Measuring & Sustaining Change</p> <ul> <li> <p>Define and track change adoption metrics, employee sentiment, and impact assessments to ensure continuous improvement</p> </li><li> <p>Implement feedback loops and best practices to refine change management strategies and improve future transformations</p> </li><li> <p>Champion a culture of continuous learning and adaptability, ensuring that change capabilities evolve in response to business needs</p> </li></ul> <p>About You</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>A minimum of a bachelor's degree in communications, business organizational development, or related field. Master's degree preferred</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or enterprise change leadership within Pharma, Biotech, R&D, or related industries</p> </li><li> <p>Expertise in enterprise-wide change programs, digital adoption strategies, and agile transformation methodologies</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to influence and engage senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and global stakeholders in a matrixed organization</p> </li><li> <p>Strong experience in designing and delivering change capability-building programs, training, and toolkits</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication, facilitation, and strategic storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex change initiatives for broad audiences</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with PROSCI, ADKAR, Agile Change Management, or similar methodologies is a plus</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to be present in Sanofi offices compliant with policies, currently 3 days per week on average</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to travel up to 25% overall to Sanofi headquarters and major R&D centers globally.</p> </li><li> <p>Seasoned team player with outstanding communication skills, positive attitude, and confident demeanor</p> </li><li> <p>Successful at building a culture of performance and accountability with an orientation to measurable results</p> </li></ul> <p>This is a unique opportunity to lead change excellence, shaping how strategic transformations are adopted and sustained across R&D and Digital R&D.
