<p>Piper Companies is seeking a Senior ETL Developer to join a leading financial services and investment organization based in Wayne, PA. This role plays a critical part in building and optimizing data pipelines, enhancing data integration workflows, and ensuring consistent delivery across onshore and offshore teams.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Design, build, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to support analytics and operational data needs </li><li>Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable data solutions </li><li>Develop and improve data models to support reporting and downstream systems </li><li>Collaborate with architects, analysts, and offshore engineers to ensure consistent delivery and adherence to standards </li><li>Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices across data development work </li><li>Troubleshoot performance issues, data bottlenecks, and pipeline failures </li><li>Maintain documentation for data workflows, processes, and development standards </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field </li><li>5+ years of hands-on ETL/ELT development experience </li><li>Strong SQL skills and experience with tools like DBT, Talend, Matillion, Informatica, or Python-based ETL </li><li>Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure Synapse, or Redshift </li><li>Knowledge of CI/CD processes and version control (Git or similar) </li><li>Prior experience collaborating with or guiding offshore teams </li><li>Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work across technical and business groups </li></ul> <p>COMPENSATION:</p> <ul> <li>Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 </li><li>Hybrid Schedule: 4 days onsite per week in Wayne, PA </li><li>Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays </li></ul> <p>This job opens for applications on (04/02/2026).
