<p>Berlin-Boylston Regional School District Central Office -215 Main Street, Boylston, MA 01505</p> <p>Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm</p> <p>Position Description:</p> <p>This position supports the effective & efficient operation of the district office and performs a range of Business Office functions. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, is a self-starter, shows attention to detail, and has a desire to help improve student outcomes. This position offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, county retirement, professional development, and mentoring opportunities in a fast-paced work environment that values work-life balance.</p> <p>Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting plus 2+ years of office experience, OR High School Diploma plus 4+ years of business office experience Strong attention to detail and strong general math skills Experience using MS Office and Google Suite, particularly Excel and Sheets</p> <p>Reports To: The Director of Finance & Operations</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Serve as district reception for visitors to the office </li><li>Maintains and manages staff ids and entry badges </li><li>Processes Accounts Payable on behalf of the district </li><li>Maintains reconciliation of health insurance invoices against participant files </li><li>Serves as first point of contact for bus calls </li><li>Compiles data for Medicaid Reimbursement paperwork </li><li>Manages the district's staff time and attendance system </li><li>Manages the school rental process and paperwork </li><li>Performs filing for the district office as needed </li><li>Assists HR/Payroll with new hires and annual employee paperwork </li><li>Coordinates Pre-K applications and collections process in coordination with the Special Education department and Accountant </li><li>Other duties as assigned by the Director of Finance & Operations </li></ul> <p>Annual Salary: $55-60,000 depending on experience</p>
