<p>The first 3 letters in workplace safety are Y-O-U!</p> <p>TK Elevator is currently seeking a Territory Manager located in Baton Rouge, LA.</p> <p>Territory Manager is responsible for account management, maintenance supervision, and program administration for elevator units the in the Baton Rouge market. This position will be the central customer point of contact as well as the day-to-day manager of field associates that are assigned to service equipment in the area.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Manage account management and service operations for the designated customers and P&L </li><li>Build and maintain customer relationships, achieve or exceed service KPIs and objectives, and serve as technical consultant to customers in the assigned territory </li><li>Lead the performance of field operations for all service/maintenance projects ensuring all monthly reliability and availability metrics are met </li><li>Perform field safety audits, jobsite inspections, and develop site safety/logistics plans </li><li>Manage successful transition of new installations to service/maintenance contracts </li><li>Monitor and manage spare parts inventory and forward planning of frequent wear parts to deliver high uptime </li><li>Coordinate with other functional areas in the office to meet customer requirements </li><li>Commercially defend the own portfolio assigned and avoid in conjunction with the Service Operations department and Branch Manager. </li><li>Prepare, submit, and negotiate repair proposals. </li><li>Constantly focus on department KPI's, assuring that they are in line with the company's policy. </li><li>Regularly visit after-sales clients, keeping a close commercial relationship with them. </li><li>Collaborate and coordinate with the technical department: provide the necessary information for allocating material orders to suppliers. </li><li>Collaborate and coordinate with the AR Department, support in case needed and (only in a first step) invoicing and money collection activities. </li><li>Comply with TKE's internal Health & Safety norms and when visiting worksites and in all other work activities. </li><li>Comply with Anti-Trust and Compliance directives of TKE AG. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years field management experience or outside sales experience within the elevator industry preferred </li><li>Availability to manage and supervisor field crews that conduct daily maintenance along with overnight and weekends coverage </li><li>Develop and maintain strong customer relationships </li><li>Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment </li><li>Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers </li><li>Need to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities </li><li>Detail oriented with demonstrated ability to deliver upon specific KPIs and service level agreements </li><li>Strong leadership skills, goal-orientated, and self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills </li></ul> <p>Provided they meet all eligibility requirement under the applicable plan documents, employees will be offered</p> <ul> <li>Medical, dental, and vision coverage </li><li>Flexible spending accounts (FSA) </li><li>Health savings account (HSA) </li><li>Supplemental medical plans </li><li>Company-paid short- and long-term disability insurance </li><li>Company-paid basic life insurance and AD&D </li><li>Optional life and AD&D coverage </li><li>Optional spouse and dependent life insurance </li><li>Identity theft monitoring </li><li>Pet insurance </li><li>Company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP) </li><li>Tuition reimbursement </li><li>401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with company match: Employees can contribute a portion of their pay on a pre-tax or Roth basis.
