Eagle Foods products are marketed and distributed across all U.S. retail channels, including grocery stores, club stores and mass-merchandisers, as well as foodservice and export, U.S. military, and private label business.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage all required paperwork and process for accurate reporting of issues and corrections in inventory </li><li>Perform inventory adjustments in database and ERP system as needed </li><li>Maintain inventory reports according to the Company's standard documentation and archiving procedures </li><li>Respond to internal inquiries regarding products and inventories </li><li>Analyze and troubleshoot inventory control problems as requested </li><li>Prepare and submit weekly inventory control reports to Warehouse Supervisor </li><li>Perform administrative tasks including answering phone, taking messages, operating printers, and monitoring emails as needed </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Qualifications & Competencies</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED required </li><li>Minimum of one (1) year working experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting </li><li>Requires computer skills with basic knowledge of Microsoft programs such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Infor is a plus </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite in addition to knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures. </li><li>Demonstrated Team building experience </li><li>Demonstrated problem solving and leadership skills </li><li>Experience with Food Safety Audit expectations and requirements preferred </li><li>Strong communications skills </li><li>Must be flexible with work scheduling as well as overtime </li><li>Must be able to lift to 40 lbs </li></ul>
