<p>Position Summary</p> <p>Eminence Community School Corporation is seeking a dedicated, innovative, and</p> <p>student-centered leader to serve as K-12 Principal, overseeing both Eminence Elementary</p> <p>School and Eminence Jr/Sr High School. This unique role offers the opportunity to guide a</p> <p>close-knit learning community with a unified vision for student success from kindergarten</p> <p>through graduation.</p> <p>We are looking for an individual who values relationships, embraces collaboration, and</p> <p>maintains a strong focus on academic growth, staff development, and building a positive</p> <p>and inclusive school culture.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>? Provide visionary leadership across both schools to ensure a cohesive,</p> <p>student-focused culture</p> <p>? Supervise, support, and evaluate certified and classified staff</p> <p>? Oversee curriculum and instruction to align with Indiana academic standards and</p> <p>best practices</p> <p>? Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment</p> <p>? Build and maintain strong relationships with students, families, staff, and</p> <p>community members</p> <p>? Utilize data to inform instruction and improve student achievement.</p> <p>? Collaborate with district leadership on strategic planning, school improvement, and</p> <p>resource allocation</p> <p>? Lead and support professional development aligned with school goals</p> <p>? Manage school operations, including scheduling, student services, discipline, and</p> <p>safety protocols</p> <p>? Support and promote extracurricular, athletic, and co-curricular programming</p> <p>? Perform additional duties as assigned</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>? Valid Indiana Building Level Administrator License</p> <p>? Minimum of three years of successful teaching experience (administrative</p> <p>experience strongly preferred)</p> <p>? Demonstrated success in leading instructional improvement and school culture</p> <p>initiatives</p> <p>? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills</p> <p>? Knowledge of current best practices in K-12 education, including MTSS, technology</p> <p>integration, and college/career readiness</p> <p>?
