Guided by our values of integrity, respect, accountability and excellence, we use leading science and technology to move fiber-based packaging forward.</p> <p>As a Member Of Our Maintenance Team You Will</p> <ul> <li>Keep yourself, our team and the community safe when you adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures and actively participate in our safety program </li><li>Ensure production machinery functions correctly and efficiently so our world class production team can do their job </li><li>Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery. Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic, compressor, and vacuum systems </li><li>Have access to all the training necessary to fully cross-train in other technical areas of maintenance </li><li>Will work with steam and boiler controls and mechanical power drives </li></ul> <p>What you need to succeed:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>Ability to work weekends & overtime </li><li>Ability to effectively communicate and work on a team </li><li>A love for troubleshooting complicated machinery </li><li>Basic mathematical skills and basic technology/computer skills </li><li>One to three years of experience in Maintenance with the skills to work in an industrial environment </li><li>Electrical experience highly valued as is corrugated packaging experience </li><li>Professional license(s), licensure premiums may apply </li></ul> <p>Candidates are required to undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer, but before starting employment.</p> <p>Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status or other characteristics protected by state or federal law.</p>
