<p>Job Description:</p> <p>The Packaging Machine Operator is responsible and accountable for assuring all finished product is packaged according to Q&FS specifications and QMP Standards in support of Mars Quality and Food Safety principles.</p> <p>Night Shift: 11:00 PM- 7:30 AM Monday - Friday</p> <p>What are we looking for?</p> <ul> <li>Be 18 years of age or older </li><li>Have a Highschool diploma, GED or equivalent education </li><li>Good math, reading and writing skills </li><li>Knowledge of computers and equipment HMI's </li><li>Ability to work in a self-directed manner with a positive attitude </li><li>Working knowledge of Safety, Quality and Material Management Systems and procedures </li><li>Working Knowledge of food safety, GMP, GHOP, HACCP, SPC </li><li>Effective problem solving, communication skills, and decision making </li></ul> <p>What will be your key responsibilities?</p> <ul> <li>Adhere to personal safety practices the meet OSHA & Mars standards to assure a safe environment for yourself and others.
