We're looking for a Training Director who leads with a people-first mindset, is hands-on in daily operations, and is passionate about developing others as we live out our vision to be a place where people are restored.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>The Training Director owns the new hire experience and plays an active role in day-to-day operations.</p> <ul> <li>Lead new hire training through shifts, ensuring team members feel confident and capable quickly. </li><li>Provide consistent coaching and feedback, helping team members grow in real time. </li><li>Support ongoing skill development for team members beyond their initial training period. </li><li>Own and improve training systems so development is clear, repeatable, and effective across all shifts. </li><li>Lead the Training Captains, ensuring they are activated and effective on each shift. </li></ul> <p>This role blends hands-on operational leadership with people development.
