<p>Our leaders spend their days championing the team member and guest experience in the service of others. We're looking for a Training Director who leads with a people-first mindset, is hands-on in daily operations, and is passionate about developing others as we live out our vision to be a place where people are restored.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>The Training Director owns the new hire experience and plays an active role in day-to-day operations.</p> <ul> <li>Lead new hire training through shifts, ensuring team members feel confident and capable quickly. </li><li>Provide consistent coaching and feedback, helping team members grow in real time. </li><li>Support ongoing skill development for team members beyond their initial training period. </li><li>Own and improve training systems so development is clear, repeatable, and effective across all shifts. </li><li>Lead the Training Captains, ensuring they are activated and effective on each shift. </li></ul> <p>This role blends hands-on operational leadership with people development. You'll be present on shifts, guiding training as it happens, while also ensuring the systems behind the scenes support a great experience.</p> <p>What Success Looks Like</p> <p>You'll know you're doing well when:</p> <ul> <li>New team members complete training efficiently and feel confident stepping into their roles </li><li>Coaching and feedback are happening consistently </li><li>Training feels organized, encouraging, and people-centered </li></ul> <p>Who We're Looking For</p> <p>This role may be a great fit if you:</p> <ul> <li>Enjoy teaching, coaching, and developing others </li><li>Are comfortable leading in a fast-paced, hands-on environment </li><li>Value consistency and follow-through </li><li>Have experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or team leadership (a plus, not a requirement) </li></ul> <p>Details</p> <ul> <li>35+ hours per week </li><li>Mix of operational shifts and administrative work </li><li>Closed Sundays </li><li>Leadership development and growth opportunities </li></ul> <p>If you're energized by helping people succeed, love being in the action, and want your work to have a real impact every day, this could be a great next step.
