<p>Overview Job Title: X-ray/CT Technologist Location: Columbia, SC Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Responsibilities Perform diagnostic X-ray and CT imaging procedures with precision Ensure patient comfort, safety, and proper positioning during procedures Accurately document patient data and images for medical records Maintain and operate imaging equipment in compliance with safety standards Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care Follow established protocols to ensure accurate and high-quality imaging Assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues as needed Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited radiography program ARRT certification in both X-ray and CT required Must complete required CEUs to maintain active certification Active state licensure required, where applicable Prior Experience: 0 to 2+ years of experience as an X-ray Technologist Special Qualifications: Knowledge of radiologic procedures and standards Proficiency in operating radiology equipment Familiarity with computers, software, and office technology Strong customer service background and patient focus Company Message About MedQuest Imaging Founded in 1996, MedQuest is a leading outpatient imaging provider in the U.S., operating a network of independent and hospital-affiliated radiology centers.
