<p>Overview</p> <p>Supervisor of Conflict Free Case Management</p> <p>Seven Hills Rhode Island, An Affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation</p> <p>Seven Hills Rhode Island is seeking a highly organized and people-centered Supervisor of Conflict Free Case Management (CFCM) to lead and support a team of case managers dedicated to providing person-centered services for individuals receiving Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS).
