As a Business Services Analyst, you'll be the go-to partner for our regional and district teams, making sure our Invoice to Cash (ITC) processes are accurate, efficient, and on time.</p> <p>This is a hands-on, technical role where you'll work directly in our financial systems, dig into data, and help solve real business problems. You won't be expected to make senior-level credit decisions, but you will play a key role in keeping our billing and cash application processes running smoothly.</p> <p>You'll support our field and finance teams with day-to-day ITC activities, including:</p> <ul> <li>Navigating financial and ERP systems to support billing, collections, and cash application for assigned region(s). </li><li>Researching and helping resolve customer billing discrepancies, unapplied cash, and on-account variances using system data and supporting documentation. </li><li>Monitoring aging reports and dashboards to spot trends, data issues, and follow-up needs, and escalating concerns to senior team members when needed. </li><li>Preparing and maintaining standard reports related to accounts receivable, aging, and collections activity. </li><li>Partnering with district teams and region controllers to review problem accounts and delinquencies, including joining weekly or biweekly collection calls. </li><li>Serving as a primary point of contact for the field, responding to questions and requests accurately and on time. </li><li>Working with districts to research and resolve on-account variances, unapplied cash, and customer credit balances. </li><li>Processing customer refund requests and coordinating with Cash Application to ensure proper posting. </li><li>Supporting districts with adjustments and write-offs, making sure approvals and documentation are complete and accurate. </li><li>Contributing to testing, documentation, and support during system enhancements or new implementations. </li><li>Assisting with data cleanup, reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives. </li><li>Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with company policies and internal controls. </li><li>Participating in team projects, training sessions, and continuous improvement activities. </li></ul> <p>You're expected to perform all work safely, and in line with company policies and procedures. If something isn't clear, we expect you to ask.</p> <p>What You Bring</p> <p>Education & Experience</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma required. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field preferred. </li><li>2-3 years of related experience required (accounts receivable, billing, financial operations, or similar). </li><li>Experience with ERP or financial systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud or similar) preferred. </li><li>Experience with Oracle Advanced Collections is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Skills & Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Strong technical aptitude and comfort working in financial systems and structured workflows. </li><li>Working knowledge of accounts receivable and billing processes (deep credit and collections expertise is not required). </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, lookups, and data analysis); Smartsheet and Power BI experience is a plus. </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy. </li><li>Ability to follow defined processes and clearly document your work. </li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. </li><li>Team-oriented mindset with a strong customer service focus. </li></ul> <p>If you enjoy working with data, improving processes, and partnering with both finance and field teams, you'll feel at home in this role.</p> <p>Working Environment</p> <p>With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to perform all essential functions.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Work primarily in an office or hybrid environment. </li><li>Interact with leaders, clients, and colleagues, including in urgent or high-pressure situations, while maintaining professionalism and composure. </li><li>Handle sensitive and confidential information. </li><li>Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. </li><li>Work extended hours during month-end close and system implementations, as needed. </li><li>Meet company standards for background and reference checks, controlled substance testing, and behavioral selection surveys. </li></ul> <p>Why Join Securitas?</p> <p>At Securitas, we're more than a security company-we're a team supporting clients and communities across the country.
